Arrow Fencing LLC began in 2020 with a vision to change the landscape of the local construction industry. Spencer McNeill founded the company after noticing a significant gap in the market. While there were plenty of people who could build a fence, there were very few who could communicate effectively and treat clients with the respect they deserve. Starting with a single truck and a relentless drive for quality, Spencer set out to build a company where the client relationship was just as durable as the fences we installed.

In August 2024, Jessica McNeill, Spencer's wife, officially joined the team to oversee our office operations and scheduling. This partnership transformed Arrow Fencing into an actual family-run enterprise. Today, we operate with two full-time crews, including two dedicated crew leads and five skilled team members, all working together to bring our vision of superior service to life across the Lowcountry.
